Featured speakers

Greg Bibb, a sports industry veteran with more than 26 years of experience, leads the Dallas Wings in his role as President, CEO and Managing Partner. Bibb also serves as the President, CEO and Managing Partner of the Panther City Lacrosse Club of the NLL.

With the WNBA’s Dallas Wings, Bibb has been the guiding force for the team on and off the court, as he helped reshape the coaching staff, roster and front office staff. Bibb was named the General Manager in November of 2015 and was appointed President, CEO and Partner in April of 2017. With Bibb at the helm the Wings have qualified for the WNBA Playoffs in each of the past three seasons despite being the youngest team in the WNBA during two of those campaigns.

Colie Edison serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer for the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). A veteran strategic leader and transformative marketer, Edison became the league’s first-ever Chief Growth Officer in January 2022. She is charged with league business and strategy functions and leads efforts on all league and team revenue-generating opportunities. She is based in the WNBA’s New York office and reports directly to Commissioner Engelbert.

Prior to the WNBA, Edison was with the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA), where she served as the first female Chief Executive Officer in the organization’s history. Her responsibilities included overseeing all business aspects of planning and executing key initiatives including the PBA’s groundbreaking partnership with FOX Sports. Edison also served as Chief Customer Officer for Bowlero Corporation, leading global marketing efforts and strategic growth initiatives, for the world’s largest owner and operator of bowling centers.

Recognized by Sports Business Journal in its Game Changers class of 2021, Edison graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Communications from Tulane University.

Morgan Shaw Parker brings 27 years of experience across all levels of sport business including the NFL, NBA/WNBA, NCAA and NIKE, Inc. She currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream overseeing day-to-day business operations and revenue growth, and working closely with ownership to set the direction of the organization and build the strategic vision including sponsorships, ticketing, retail, marketing, digital, in-game experience, human resources, community engagement and fan data/analytics.

Prior to the Atlanta Dream she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Arthur M. Blank Sports & Entertainment (AMBSE) where she led marketing and communications initiatives for the Atlanta Falcons and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. During her tenure, she lead her team to take home nine regional Emmy Awards, 19 regional Emmy nominations, three platinum, two gold AVA Digital Awards, two Webby Awards and one Hashtag Sports Award.

Shaw Parker also spent more than a decade at NIKE, Inc. working on the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China, the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver, Canada and 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in addition to the NFL, MLB, NBA, WNBA, NCAA college football, as well as Nike men’s and women’s training, sportswear and running divisions.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle named Shaw Parker one of “2023’s Most Admired CEO’s,” AdWeek named her as one of its “2019 Most Powerful Women in Sports,” and Sports Business Journal recognized her as a “Game Changer” in the sports industryinn 2020 – an award given to women who are making an impact in sports business. Shaw Parker sits on the board of the Atlanta Sports Council and plays an active role in schools and organizations that seek to empower women and create more diverse communities.
