Jodi Rausch leads the Loyalty Solutions Strategy team, responsible for helping clients design and run transformative loyalty strategies and programs. For more than 20 years, she has led the strategy development, program design, and launch of innovative membership programs for leading brands in retail, sports & entertainment, and financial services. Jodi is passionate about leveraging data and experiential loyalty to create deep emotional connections with customers. Jodi has a BA in International Studies from The American University in Washington, DC, and an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Emily Rudin, Vice President, Loyal Products, Strategy and Growth, Oracle
Emily Rudin oversees the CrowdTwist team at Oracle. Emily brings over 15 years of retail, analytics, and marketing experience. Throughout her career, Emily led transformational initiatives that enabled brands and retailers to form strong connections with their customer base. Emily is passionate about harnessing data to help brands deliver exceptional brand experiences. Prior to joining CrowdTwist, Emily held positions at Macy’s, Coach, Ann Inc., dunnhumby, and The Children’s Place. She holds a bachelor’s degree in consumer studies from Syracuse University. Emily is a proud mother of two and an active member of her community.

As Vice President and Head of Membership for the NBA, Hope Tannenbaum oversees the league’s global membership program NBA ID. Tannenbaum was responsible for overseeing the launch of NBA ID in 2022, which was designed to offer a wide range of benefits for fans, including access to original content, exclusive experiences from league partners, special prizes, and more. Tannenbaum has more than 20 years of experience in the sports, media, entertainment, retail, financial services and food & beverage industries. Throughout her career, she has developed unique marketing opportunities with a focus on reaching customers and delivering meaningful experiences. She’s held several leadership roles with a track record of embracing analytics and creativity to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
