Russell White serves as the President of The Collective Association, leading the trade association’s efforts to advocate on behalf of NIL Collectives and college athletes nationwide. In less than a year, The Collective Association has grown to include over 40 member collectives and is committed to working with all stakeholders in building a sustainable model for the future of college athletics.

Russell is also the President of Oncoor Marketing, a sports marketing agency that provides talent representation, brand consulting and NIL Collective solutions. Since the Fall of 2021, Oncoor has advised, launched, and operated NIL Collectives across the country, including many at the Power 4 level. They have also facilitated NIL deals with thousands of college athletes.

Russell has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Utah and a master’s degree in Global Sport Business from New York University. Prior to working in the college/NIL space, Russell worked for CBS Sports, the NBAs Utah Jazz, and Major League Soccer Club Real Salt Lake. Outside of work, Russell loves to spend time with his wife Brooke and their 4 children. He loves to travel, play golf, coach his sons in sports and is a recent convert to Pickleball.
