Michelene Rabbitt is the Sports & Music Industry Principal at Snowflake. Prior to Snowflake Michelene was a strategic business development executive at Amazon, focused on Amazon's music streaming service. Michelene has also served as the VP and Head of Strategic Business Development/Partnerships for Bleacher Report under Warner Bros. Discovery. Michelene joined Bleacher Report from Yahoo! Sports where she served as the Global Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships and established Yahoo's partnership with NFL to distribute the first ever live game available only through streaming. Michelene lives in Saratoga, California with her husband Andrew, their son, and two dogs.

Marty Mercado is the Lead Creative Strategist for the 427° Innovation Lab at Braze, Inc. 427° helps customers find the intersection between technology and creativity enables brands to Be Absolutely Engaging.™ His focus is primarily on Media & Entertainment, which includes Sports, Gaming, Gambling, and Streaming, serving clients like Peacock, ESPN, NBA, FanDuel, and Activision.

Vadim Drozdovski is VP Growth at WSC Sports. His team is responsible for the ideation, planning and execution of all growth related initiatives at the organization. Before joining WSC Sports Vadim spent three years at the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, leading projects in various industries including FinTech, Pharma and eCommerce.
