Andrew Galdi founded the Phillies R&D department, leading software development and data science for 6 seasons. His diverse career began in operations at the NY Mets, after which he moved to the NBA Commissioner's Office as a league operations statistical analyst, and then to Google as a quantitative analyst for YouTube. A 2008 graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, he earned his 2013 Statistics M.S. from Stanford.

Shawn Windle is a highly accomplished sports performance professional with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. His commitment to optimizing athlete performance and fostering a culture of excellence has earned him recognition and accolades in the field.

Shawn's journey began at the University of Maine at Presque Isle, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training in 1996. Since then, he has continually expanded his expertise and knowledge, earning certifications such as Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach Emeritus (NSCA), and Certified Athletic Trainer (NATA), among others.

One of Shawn's defining roles was as the Director of Sports Performance and Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Indiana Pacers from 2005 to 2023. During his tenure, he was honored as the 2012 NBA Strength Coach of the Year. In this capacity, Shawn oversaw the comprehensive performance and biomechanical assessments, tailoring individualized strength and conditioning programs based on data-driven insights. He was pivotal in orchestrating rehabilitation programs for injured athletes, ensuring their speedy recovery. Moreover, his keen eye for on-court and weight room performance metrics facilitated strategic decision-making for the team. Shawn's influence extended to advising the Head Coach on practice planning and workload management, contributing significantly to the team's success.
