Zaileen Janmohamed, CEO and President, Bay Area Host Committee: Zaileen “Z” Janmohamed is the CEO and President of the Bay Area Host Committee (BAHC), a nonprofit corporation focused on bringing major, world-class events to the Bay Area with a mission to unite the region through sport by building pride, connecting communities and re-energizing the Bay. Janmohamed is a longtime sports and entertainment industry veteran and passionate leader with a wealth of experience in the brand, agency and property verticals of sports. Prior to joining BAHC, she was the Head of Commercial Development and Innovation at LA28, where she was responsible for identifying and actioning new initiatives and partnerships to monetize the 2028 Olympic & Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.
Kat Harwood, Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP: Kat Harwood has over 14 years of consulting experience helping clients navigate complex business situations, such as large-scale transformations and acquisitions. As a leader in the Sports practice, Kat advises players in the industry on how they can maximize value from digital enablement opportunities across all aspects of their operations, from improving fan experience to generating new revenue streams. Kat received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in business economics from UCLA. Kat currently lives in the Los Angeles area with her husband and two kids.
