Key Performance Indicators: Awareness to Implementation

About this event

Do you have a strategic plan in place, but are wondering how to determine its impact? KPIs, or key performance indicators, provide targets to strive for, along with a way to measure performance over time. Learn how two northwest districts, Quincy and Coeur d’Alene, are using KPIs to gain insights, gauge progress, and make better decisions. Practical tips and ideas for implementation will be shared, as well as lessons learned.
