After a monoclonal protein has been detected on the serum protein electrophoretic profile, an additional technique is necessary to identify the heavy and light chains of the immunoglobulin. Immunotyping is a fully automated technique that allows the detection and characterization of a monoclonal protein in serum by capillary electrophoresis.

During this webinar, Immunotyping interpretation tips will be given and many examples will be presented. The session will end with a friendly quiz to measure your interpretation skills.
