Greg has a recent career role leading change as Global Lead for electrical utility business transformation supporting their aspirations toward becoming The Utility of the Future. Greg also has wide ranging expertise in engineering principles, for the electrical grid, building energy systems and communication infrastructure solutions.
Meredith Adler is the Executive Director for Student Energy, a global organization creating the next generation of energy leaders who will accelerate our transition to a sustainable energy future. With a network of over 50,000 students in 150 countries, Student Energy is the leading energy organization for youth empowerment, skill development, and intergenerational collaboration for our energy future.
Paul Arsenault’s long-held passion for energy-efficient real-estate development comes from a background in electronic engineering technology as well as construction and development. Paul co-founded and served as president of TerraTrust Inc., a national land and property development company with operations in New Brunswick and Saskatchewan. Over the years, he has had the pleasure of working with many individuals, community groups and corporate organizations to design, plan and develop a variety of projects. Paul is looking forward to the exciting opportunity of helping to develop a Smart Energy Neighbourhood of the Future.
Herb Emery, economist and public policy scholar, holds the Vaughan Chair in Regional Economics. Emery came to the University of New Brunswick from the University of Calgary, where he has been Full Professor in Economics and Research Director for The School of Public Policy. He has previously been the Svare Professor in Health Economics, a joint position in the Department of Community Health Science in the Faculty of Medicine and the Department of Economics. From 2010-2015, he served as managing editor of Canadian Public Policy/Analyse de politiques, Canada's foremost journal examining economic and social policy.
