Having worked globally across early stage startups to large listed behemoths, her honest approach means operating comprehensively with teams to help build a foundation for successful products and profitable companies. Heather has launched some of the exciting products and tech you see on the market today, thanks to her trusted experience in everything from product development and packaging design all the way to creative PR and marketing.

Paul Wilke, CEO, Upright Position Communications

With feet-on-the-ground experience working on both US coasts and in Asia, Paul is focused on telling compelling stories, garnering on-message media coverage and providing sound strategic counsel. Prior to starting Upright Position Communications in 2012, Paul headed public relations for Splunk, where he led communications around one of 2012’s most successful IPOs. Before Splunk, Paul managed global public relations at Visa Inc. with a focus on the company’s travel and tourism business. While at Visa, Paul founded Visa's inaugural International Tourism Conference at the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games, sat on the President Obama's Travel and Tourism Advisory Board and worked on their IPO. Prior to moving to the Bay Area, Paul lived in Singapore for 12 years, where he headed Visa’s public relations operations for South and Southeast Asia. While in Singapore, Paul spent six years at one of Singapore’s premier public relations firms, Baldwin Boyle Shand (BBS). In addition to his communications work on more than 10 IPOs, Paul is a featured speaker on IPOs, crisis communications and tech PR.

Katie Evans, Global PR and Communications Manager, eToro

Katie is the global PR and communications manager at eToro, the multi-asset investment platform with 16m registered users globally. Managing the company's PR strategy across three continents, positioning the platform as a global stocks provider. She also leads on crypto communications strategy, upholding the platform's reputation as a key crypto player and commentator.

Prior to joining eToro, Katie worked in both PR and marketing roles at the London Metal Exchange. She has experience working in comms roles across the fashion and non-profit sectors. Katie holders a masters degree in public relations from the university of Westminster.

Richard Griffiths, Director, Strategic Communications, Ketchum London

A former BBC business correspondent and presenter, Richard brings over 20 years of experience as a broadcast journalist and corporate communications specialist. He began his public relations career with KPMG before moving into communications consultancy, with a spell as Director of EMEA Communications at StubHub, an eBay-owned company.

A Ketchum ‘boomerang’, Richard has led integrated reputation programmes for clients such as Signify, Samsung and Mastercard. His role at Ketchum initially involved leadership of the Strategic Media team in London with a senior role in Ketchum’s Global Media Network. He now leads broad corporate reputation programmes for clients spanning earned media and beyond, overseeing content development for owned channels such as LinkedIn.

One of the areas he specialises in is working with senior leaders, supporting on narrative and message development for panel sessions, internal announcements and media encounters. Richard is one of the core leaders of strategy development for our global clients at the World Economic Forum at Davos,

where he supports them on the ground. He also presents Ketchum’s Davos Daily Diary, reporting on the day’s events with our clients. He regularly appears as one of a team of news reviewers on BBC World’s ‘The Briefing’ broadcast, working alongside anchor Sally Bundock.

Alex Kaufman is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Signal AI. He has worked in the PR sphere for 7 years here in New York, working in house at Rubenstein and Polk & Co., as well as at Gorkana. In all his roles, he has had the pleasure of working with PR and communications focused professionals across the world. Recently, he was named a Top 100 CS Strategist by SuccessCOACHING. Outside of work, his greatest passion is theatre.
