Reputation Management: navigating turbulent times for long-term success

About this webinar

Turbulent times often lead to companies firefighting issues to preserve their standing. But how do businesses protect their reputation in the long-term if they’re always focused on dealing with short-term issues?

The battle between reactive and proactive approaches is nothing new for PR & Comms, but Communications can aid the business with a long-term perspective.

In this webinar with public affairs experts, they’ll discuss:

  • How companies can keep a long-term perspective when confronted with a myriad of issues, such as Covid, systemic racism, sustainability and more
  • Examples and experiences of reputation management during turbulence
  • The battle between reactionary and short-termism vs long-term success
  • How to use horizon scanning to understand what’s coming over the hill
