Network governance models for PoS projects is one of the biggest topics in crypto today. 

At this virtual event, SKALE invites the founders of Bison Trails, Figment, Blockdaemon and Chainflow to talk about governance models, the role of validators in developing and advancing PoS networks, different voting mechanisms, and the role of PoS networks today and 10 years from now.  

Jack O’Holleran, Co-Founder at SKALE Labs, will give a short overview of SKALE’s validator economics, and will describe the node setup process, which is among the most effortless in the industry.

Lallouz is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor in New York City, as well as the founder and CEO of Ambush Labs and a partner at Ambush Capital. He was the Business Head for Etsy's Innovation Group where he was responsible for new ventures such as Pattern, Etsy's website building suite service, and Fund on Etsy, crowdfunding for Etsy sellers. Joe was a Co-founder of Grand St., an online marketplace for creative technology, acquired by Etsy in 2014. During his time at Grand St, Lallouz led engineering, product, and strategy. Lallouz holds a dual BS from RPI concentrating in Electrical Computer Systems Engineering and Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Chris has been interested in PoS since 2016 and has operated validators since joining as one of the first members of the Cosmos Validator Working Group in October 2017. Chainflow now offers validation services for Cosmos, Livepeer and Solana, among other. He also led the product team at Aragon, building DAO governance tools, to their first Mainnet launch.
