SoftWriters has released FrameworkLTC 3.3.363 and an updated MFP Update Utility (1.0.3) to help pharmacies strengthen SDRA accuracy and improve MFP claim tracking.

The rollout of live MFP claim activity introduced new real-world scenarios — including inconsistent payer responses and challenges with SDRA capture, reconciliation, and billing alignment. In response, these updates address issues identified in the previously released update that caused some customers to experience gaps or inaccuracies in MFP claim tracking and remittance reconciliation.

The updated MFP Update Utility provides a way to retroactively correct previously processed MFP-eligible claims by updating SDRA-related fields that may have been blank or inaccurate in earlier versions.

Additionally, the enhancements included in FrameworkLTC 3.3.363 resolve these issues going forward, ensuring more streamlined, reliable, and accurate MFP tracking to support reporting, billing, remittance, and reconciliation workflows.
