He has worked extensively in the Energy conversion technology field as a senior R&D engineer, especially in the field of control engineering for power electronics and PV Grid Integration. He then moved into techno-commercial and product management roles in the solar inverter industry focusing on utility scale PV projects. He has in total 18 years of experience in the energy conversion business. His interests are Grid integration of Renewables, New PV system Architectures, Applications with innovative power electronics systems like EV and Data Center Power Delivery.
Louis Kang graduated from Nanjing university with a degree in Electronics engineering. He acted as a research engineer for audio / video products in his first job. His later career is all in Testing and certification industry. He has been working as an expert for testing and certification of renewable energy products and systems for 15 years.
