De-risk and monetize your energy storage assets with leading technologies: Americas edition

About this event

The US market for advanced energy storage is the world’s fastest-growing. In 2020, 1,464MW / 3,487MWh of new energy storage went online, according to figures from Wood Mackenzie Power & Renewables — more than was deployed in the six previous years put together.

The reasons for these deployments vary from state to state, but one thing is clear: the fundamental value that batteries can provide is quickly being recognised and everybody from utilities to investment banks are deepening their involvement. And while the US is a first-mover, there are exciting things happening throughout the Americas, from grid-scale projects in Chile to behind-the-meter in Canada and great potential in other markets in the region to be tapped into.

Energy storage assets can play into a number of different revenue-generating or money-saving opportunities already and the trend for these opportunities to increase is becoming well-established. The growth of renewable energy and the need to integrate their variable generation onto the grid is the biggest driver behind this trend, but it isn’t the only one.

The difficult questions now facing the industry are around reducing CapEx and optimising operational efficiencies. Monetising your assets and de-risking your investments are achievable aims, but only with the right technologies and trusted partners.

Asset owners, operators and investors need everything from visibility into key performance indicators, transparent real-time monitoring of asset performance and fault models to state-of-the-art predictive and focused maintenance and more, all backed by proven, reliable and bankable technology.

With performance you can count on, Honeywell’s solutions and services for distributed energy assets answer this need. Honeywell’s technology allows energy producers to reduce their LCOE, microgrid and energy storage owners to optimise their operations, and commercial and industrial (C&I) clients to achieve their corporate sustainability goals.

Operations and maintenance (O&M) providers can also benefit from programmes which will enable them to provide long-term remote monitoring, operations and optimisation services to end-users.

Join us for this webinar and learn about how Honeywell’s energy performance contracts are enabling investors, developers and C&I facilities to de-risk and monetise their investment in battery storage and renewable distributed assets (RDA).

Make sure you don’t miss this valuable webcast and learn more about:
