PV Tech Insights: What REPowerEU means for European solar

The European Commission’s REPowerEU plan and Solar Strategy sets the bloc the lofty ambition of installing 740GWdc of solar by 2030 as it looks to both decarbonise and secure its energy independence. A suite of measures, including mandatory solar rooftops and time limits on permitting, have been pitched to aid European Union member states in their solar transition.
