Julian is the CFO of Aiven, a rapidly growing Finnish company offering databases-as-a-service for the best open source technologies in the cloud. Previously, he was Marley Spoon’s CFO and played a key role in helping the direct-to-consumer business from 0 sales and 50 people to being a profitable, listed, truly global company with EUR 250 million in sales in 6 years. Julian started his career at GE, where he spent 10 years working in various Finance roles and industries, both in the US & Europe.
