Gerry collected broad experience in fast growing companies with digital business models from SaaS to platforms to gaming. In addition to pure finance and legal topics, Gerry Koch is also familiar with the challenges of financing rounds, audits and the M&A processes of small and medium-sized companies, especially on the sell side. He has been involved in the automation and digitalization of processes during all of his previous professional positions especially in fast scaling environments. Gerry is leveraging this experience in ContractHero, a contract management solution for the SME of the 21st century.
