With nearly 20 years of expertise in the loyalty sector, he has worked across diverse industries such as retail, insurance, and gaming. Mike advocates for emotional engagement strategies over traditional points-based systems, emphasising the value of immersive and personalised rewards to build sustainable customer loyalty.

In 2020, she launched Gifthouse.ie, a platform supporting Irish businesses and now serving global clients like LinkedIn and Vodafone. Kathy’s career began in management and sales roles before starting Sweete in 2013. Her focus on creative solutions and adapting to change has made both Sweete and Gifthouse.ie successful.
