About this webinar
“How to hire your first Sales Development Representative and turn them into a Manager in 18 months”, with iBanFirst’s CPO Jennifer Bos.
About the workshop:
Reaching the scaling phase is an exciting step for a company, but also a challenging one as far as HR is concerned. Planning how the organisation will grow and developing talent in pursuit of the company’s vision are among the challenges that our first HR Club speaker, Jennifer Bos, had to face when she joined iBanFirst as Chief People Officer.
During this workshop, in addition to sharing her key takeaways on managing people in a fast-growing company, Jennifer will offer us valuable insights on how she successfully hired her first Sales Development Representative and helped them progress to become a manager over a period of 18 months.
Robin Tanzilli will also be joining us to give his own point of view as the manager of the Business Development team.
About the speaker:
Holding a master’s degree in human resources management, Jennifer is passionate about HR strategies and boasts more than ten years’ experience in fast-growing startups. She began her career as People Operations Manager at Talend in 2009, when it was still just a young company, and supported its growth towards becoming a unicorn, as well as its IPO on the Nasdaq. She became People Operations Director at Influans in 2015. Her goal was to guide Influans through complex HR issues within a fast-paced and growing company. Jennifer joined iBanFirst in 2018.
Robin joined iBanFirst in January 2018 for an internship as a Corporate FX Sales and has since experienced remarkable growth within the company. In his current role, as Head of Business Development, Robin manages a team of 20 Sales Development representatives, a team he put together in collaboration with HR.
