Estrella Lopez-Brea is the Head of Insights for Snacks, Ice-Cream and Compete at General Mills. She has more than 20 years of experience from leadership positions in iconic FMCG companies such as Coca-Cola, Nestle breakfast cereals and most recently General Mills. In 2018, she received the CEO Exceptional Performance Award for creating and deploying a global growth framework that brought the entire organisation closer to the consumer. Estrella holds a degree in Business Administration specialising in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago.

Thor Olof Philogène is the CEO and co-founder of Stravito, an AI-powered storage and sharing system for market research with clients such as Electrolux, Carlsberg and Danone. Before Stravito, Thor held several prominent leadership positions. He founded and sold his first business in 2010, and went on to become the Chief Revenue Officer at fintech company iZettle, which was since acquired by Paypal. Thor holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.
