Stravito invites you to their event

Spotlight: Consumer Behaviour Change During The Covid Pandemic with Phil Barden

About this event

In a time of global uncertainty: Has our understanding of our consumers become obsolete?

In this 20 minute fireside chat between author and behavioural science expert Phil Barden and Stravito’s Thor Olof Philogène you will hear about Phil’s research into how the pandemic is affecting consumers, looking at what their unmet needs are in a time of global lockdowns.

You’ll learn about:

  • How we should think about “Unchanging man”, not changing consumers
  • How a great shock to the system can change motivations
  • What the implications and opportunities are for brands looking to build marketing and communication programs that resonate with consumers in the current climate.

You’ll also have the chance to ask your own questions to Phil in a live Q&A afterward.
