Streak’s Ask a question feature lets you query any box in plain English and get a precise answer based on the box’s timeline—emails, notes, fields, tasks, and more—so you can find context instantly and decide what to do next. In this session, we’ll cover how it works on desktop and mobile, including using voice dictation on mobile and reading results with citations so you can verify sources fast.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Ask high-signal questions (e.g., “What did they request?”, “What are next steps?”, “Who’s the decision maker?”)
  • Understand what the AI reads (timeline + Streak context) and how to phrase questions for reliable answers
  • Use citations to see sources, click into them, and distinguish timeline vs web sources (when applicable)
