About this webinar
The Under Secretary of Defense has released a memo to the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) to validate (for contracts for which they provide contract administration and oversight) contractor compliance with the requirements of DFARS-7012.
Around the same timeframe, the Assistant Secretary of Defense crafted a memo for all DoD Program Managers (PMs) to follow the Defense Pricing and Contracting (DPC) guidance for assessing DFARS compliance. This same memo provides language to include in SOW and CDRL implementations.
We will discuss both of these memos, their implications, and how to prepare for these assessments and RFP changes.
