    Pieter has a Master's Degree in Economics and Data Science and worked for 10 years as a data science consultant for different companies in a wide range of industries. In 2020, Pieter switched careers and started as a lead data scientist at Port of Antwerp-Bruges in the Data & Analytics team. A team who’s building on the road towards a data-driven organization. Today, Pieter is the Data Science Team lead and manages a motivated team of internal and external data scientists, working on the evangelization, development, and deployment of AI and data science solutions within the organization.
