Eva joined Alder in 2021 and supports their portfolio companies on sustainability issues. She has extensive experience in helping companies to integrate sustainability into their business strategy and to bring issues into their daily processes.

Eva has a degree in engineering and has worked as a manager, consultant, and non-financial accountant in the manufacturing and service sectors. Eva is the founder of the consulting company Purple IVY. She has a large toolbox of modern tools and a wide network to draw on which she is happy to share.

Maria Svantemark, CEO & Co-Founder at SustainLab

Maria is a changemaker for sustainability and equality, and the CEO and Co-Founder of SustainLab. She was previously the Nordic Sustainability Manager for Nomad Foods.
