Avi Savar has helped the world’s leading organizations drive change by leveraging digital as a transformative force to build and grow their brands. In 2004, Avi founded Big Fuel, a global digital marketing agency, which he would grow from a one-man shop to a dominant industry leader with over 130 employees worldwide. Over the next decade, Big Fuel consulted with the world’s leading brands, including: American Express, GM, Budweiser, Samsung, Gatorade, Colgate-Palmolive, Fisher-Price, Weight Watchers, AFLAC, T-Mobile, Carnival Cruises, and more. Big Fuel was acquired by the Publicis Groupe in 2011. In 2014 Avi established Savar Ventures, an advisory and investment firm, and also joined venture capital firm Dreamit, where he currently serves as Partner and Board Director. Most recently, he was named President of consumer intelligence platform Suzy™ in 2018. Avi continues to be a leading expert who consults technologies, business transformation and corporate innovation.
Will leads the market research practice within the Suzy Center of Excellence. He’s focused on developing data-driven insights that drive brand growth for clients. Will’s previous experience includes global insight and strategy positions within CPG and pharmaceutical companies such as Mead Johnson Nutrition and GlaxoSmithKline. In these roles, he developed a passion for behavioral models, innovation, and communication strategy. Will is an avid kayaker and traveler who currently resides in Jersey City, New Jersey.
For the past decade and a half, Nick has worked across product, technology and digital marketing, acting as a product lead and strategist in-house and as a consultant. He has strong entrepreneurial instincts and a background in creating and managing both local and remote teams for large scale enterprise solutions. As Suzy’s Chief Product Officer, Nick oversees the product vision, roadmap, user experience and technology stack for the company. He brings a solutions-driven approach and strong record of attacking challenges with out-of-the-box thinking, financial savvy and start-up scrappiness. Nick previously oversaw the technology and product teams at the ad agency MRY. There, he led the product roadmap for RepNation, a platform and app for recruiting, managing and tracking brand ambassador campaigns. This product was critical to the company’s growth as it transformed from a small team of roughly 30 employees to more than 500 during Gauchat’s tenure at the agency.
