Carolyn has been in the advertising and marketing industry for over twenty years. She is an effective and passionate leader who has worked on both the agency and client side, with many years of experience in the entertainment, tech and travel businesses. She is constantly looking for meaningful ways to connect brands with their audiences in this ever changing creative and media landscape. Carolyn moved to the CPG world almost five years ago and is currently the Director of Full Funnel Consumer Engagement at Reckitt, where she manages media, content, CRM, web and Ecomm for all of the Health brands. She developed first-to-market media and content integrations for brands like Mucinex, Biofreeze and KY, while obsessively managing investments and delivering high ROIs. Her team creates integrated strategies, customer journeys, audience innovations and manages delivery across multiple disciplines including TV, FEP, CTV, OLV, Social and Audio, among others.

Matt Britton is the CEO of Suzy and widely known as one of America’s leading expert on the millennial generation having consulted for over half of the Fortune 500 over the past two decades. In 2002 Matt founded MRY, a digital and social media marketing services agency, which he would grow from a one-person startup to a global powerhouse with over 500 employees.
