    Emily Hazlett is the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing at Genexa, the first clean medicine company that makes medicine with the same effective active ingredients as leading brands, but without any artificial fillers. A member of the founding team, she has built the brand and stewarded unprecedented growth in the consumer healthcare category. Prior to Genexa, she led marketing and communications for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, supporting programs, services, and research for the millions of people living with MS. Emily holds a BA from the University of Redlands and an MS in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. She currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.

    Lizzie Horvitz Founder @ Finch

    Lizzie is the founder of Finch, which aims to decode products' environmental impacts and use the power of data to encourage consumers & companies to make better decisions . Lizzie has been passionate about sustainability since the age of 16 when she lived off the grid. Before starting Finch in May of 2020, Lizzie worked in supply chain and sustainability at Unilever and was Chief Operating Officer at Muuse. She has a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA and Master of Environmental Management from Yale University.

    A long-time MRX veteran, Katie Gross knows the importance of bringing your consumer into every business decision. Her deep understanding of the full market research value chain stems from 18 years of international experience across every facet of the industry — working with insights agencies Mintel and Stylus to individual brands at Avilton Foods, and even within the world of programmatic survey sampling at Cint and Toluna. Now in her role as Chief Client Officer, she manages the Sales, CS, and Market Research Center of Excellence teams to provide best-in-class customer service for Suzy’s impressive roster of enterprise clients. Outside of work, Katie tirelessly advocates for women in the workplace, with an added focus on fostering financial independence. She counts herself a member of Women In Research’s WIR exec program, all-female leadership network Chief, and the Financial Gym. She can be found kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding on the lakes of Northern New Jersey.
