    Catherine is a cause-driven communicator and a Vice President of Strategy & Evaluation at the Ad Council, a nonprofit that uses the power of communications to drive behavior change on social good issues. She oversees exploratory research, strategic development, insights, and evaluation for campaigns addressing mental health, lung cancer screening, and child safety. Her approach to every campaign is ensuring the target audience's voice and mindset is at the forefront so that creative not only raises awareness about critical social issues, but also inspires action. Prior to the Ad Council, Catherine worked with nonprofits to develop communication strategies, video content, and materials for issues such as stress reduction, smoking cessation, and health insurance access. She has a Master of Public Health from UNC-Chapel Hill.

    Jessica Rosenthal is an Associate Director at Church and Dwight, leading global new product innovation for oral care brands. With over 20 years of experience in product innovation and brand management, she excels in translating consumer insights into successful marketing strategies and inspiring new products. Jessica specializes in driving innovation in restrictive/regulated OTC drug categories, contributing to revenue and market share growth across multiple categories, with a particular passion for Beauty and Personal Care products.

    A long-time MRX veteran, Katie Gross knows the importance of bringing your consumer into every business decision. Her deep understanding of the full market research value chain stems from 18 years of international experience across every facet of the industry — working with insights agencies Mintel and Stylus to individual brands at Avilton Foods, and even within the world of programmatic survey sampling at Cint and Toluna. Now in her role as Chief Client Officer, she manages the Sales, CS, and Market Research Center of Excellence teams to provide best-in-class customer service for Suzy’s impressive roster of enterprise clients. Outside of work, Katie tirelessly advocates for women in the workplace, with an added focus on fostering financial independence. She counts herself a member of Women In Research’s WIR exec program, all-female leadership network Chief, and the Financial Gym. She can be found kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding on the lakes of Northern New Jersey.
