Currently Creative Director at busy London-based performance marketing agency Three Whiskey, Tim Bax started out on high-volume direct mail campaigns in the US, before stints with many of the agencies that established digital marketing in the UK – including Oyster, Digitas, Victoria Real, EMC Conchango, and Agency.com.

Tim’s fascination with the trifecta of data, audience and ideas led to creative leadership roles at ECRM leaders Proximity, performance marketeers iCrossing, and brand/UX specialists Hugo & Cat – and he even has a degree in storytelling.
