Pamela heads up the HR and recruitment for both divisions of the Hyde Group. She is responsible for delivering the company’s people and talent management strategy. She has 22 businesses that she is responsible for, providing advice and guidance with their people management issues.
Arup is a global employee-owned company, who advise their clients on the Built Environment. Mike is a Director of Arup and leads Arup’s Manchester office. His projects focus on city infrastructure and include major regeneration schemes such as Manchester’s 20,000 home Victoria North, and the Etihad Campus. Mike is also Chair of the Manchester Climate Change Partnership, and Board member of the North West Business Leadership Team.
