Additional response and proactive steps; train, briefing, hardware and software required to manage IT and cyber security efficiently and effectively in face on increased challenges
Managing IT issues and problems remotely and in person, whilst adhering to social distancing and factors such as cleansing of kit
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans
