To think that this group of synthetic materials has only existed for just over a century makes their current diverse usage an incredible story. Along the way, usage and development of new plastics have evolved to address new opportunities, challenges, shortages and concerns. This webinar takes a look at that storied history and ways that we can learn to address our current (and future) challenges involving plastics.

    Bruce Davis, Ph. D. The Madison Group

    Bruce Davis is one of the co-founders and current CEO of The Madison Group. Dr. Davis received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and specializes in failure analysis, polymer behavior, material evaluation and processing. Dr. Davis He has authored more than 50 publications on polymers and leverages his broad knowledge of polymer behavior and the role of processing towards the end use, design, failure and long-term behavior of a wide variety of products and components.
