About this event

Are you excited to prepare for a fulfilling career in the Foreign Service, using your tech skills to support U.S. diplomacy around the world?

The Foreign Affairs Information Technology (FAIT) Fellowship, funded by the U.S. Department of State, provides academic funding for your last two years of a bachelor's degree or a two-year master's degree program in an I.T.-related field. Plus you get two summer internships with stipend support, professional development, and personal mentoring. And the best part: When you've successfully completed the program, you will enter the Foreign Service to launch your career as an Information Management Specialist (IMS).

Join us for this must-see one-hour webinar co-presented by the U.S. Department of State and The Washington Center.

Applications for the FAIT Fellowship 2024 are currently being accepted through January 16, 2024. If you are planning to apply for the FAIT Fellowship, or you are a collegue/university advisor or faculty with students who may apply, this webinar is a great opportunity to learn more about program, eligibility requirements, selection process and timeline. You'll also get a chance to ask questions directly to our speakers.

If you aren’t able to attend live, still register for the webinar. You'll get a link after the live event to access the on-demand webinar recording.
