Applying for the Foreign Affairs IT Fellowship: Benefits, Eligibility and Tips

About this event

For college students who aspire to a technology career that makes a difference in the world, the Foreign Affairs Information Technology (FAIT) Fellowship, funded by the U.S. Department of State, is an opportunity of a lifetime.

Before you begin your FAIT Fellowship application, join us for a 45-minute webinar co-presented by the Department of State and The Washington Center (TWC).

Patricia Boerner, Department of State, and Chelsey Jones, TWC, will provide an overview of the FAIT Fellowship program, eligibility requirements and benefits. Plus, they will walk you through the online application and provide tips to ensure a smooth process. This webinar is valuable for any student planning to apply, and for college/university advisors and faculty who want to assist their students in applying.

Don’t miss this opportunity to hear directly from the Department of State and TWC. You’ll get a chance to ask your questions live during the webinar. If you aren’t able to attend live, this webinar will be recorded and provided on-demand.
