How the service tool with the TQ Service Dongle recognizes and solves errors and error codes.
If your customer brings their bike in for repair with an error code or notices unusual behavior of the HPR50 system, the cause must be identified as quickly as possible and the error resolved. What do the TQ error codes mean and what measures can be taken? How is the bike diagnosis carried out with the service tool and what needs to be taken into account?
