Bobby Michael has more than 20 years of experience and expertise in the software and retail business. He started at Trace One in 2006 as Senior Project Manager and then as Head of Professional Services being responsible for Solutions Implementation and Project Management for PLM solution focused on Private Label Management in UK and then for Northern Europe area. He acquired an incredible experience and expertise of PLM Product Lifecycle Management, Supplier Compliance, Validation and Approval, Supply Chain Management, Business Insight and Analytics, Sourcing, Deals and Promotions Management, Product Performance Management. As Strategic Account Director for Trace One, Bobby Michael is responsible for managing Business Development and Sales Strategy for key accounts in Europe.
Jules Hollows consults with some of Europe’s largest retailers in delivering global best practices surrounding product lifestyle management and new product development.
Don Low is the Business Director for Trace One in North America. Don has over 14 years’ experience in retailer focused PLM solutions and has worked with some of the biggest retailers in the region.
