Mike Crowe is an independent board director for The New York Independent System Operator and Specright, a leader in Specification Data Management Platforms. He advises Trustmi, the world’s only end-to-end payment security platform, and several startups including Regrello, Paladin Cloud, Savvy, and xPolls. Mike retired in 2022 after a 34-year career at Colgate-Palmolive, where he served as Chief Information Officer for nine years, strengthening financial discipline and forging successful technology partnerships. Prior to Colgate, he worked in healthcare software and contributed to the US Aegis Naval Weapons System. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware.
Shai Gabay has always held a deep passion for cybersecurity and fintech, and he is a co-founder and the CEO of Trustmi, a leading end-to-end payment security platform that he founded in Israel in 2021. Prior to Trustmi he held the role of General Manager at Opera, and VP Product and Services at Cynet. He has served as the CIO at Cyberbit and the CISO at Discount Bank, among other roles in cybersecurity and risk management. Shai holds a bachelor's degree from Shenkar College in software engineering, and a master's degree in business administration and management from Tel Aviv University.
