Shai Gabay has always held a deep passion for cybersecurity and fintech, and he is a co-founder and the CEO of Trustmi, a leading end-to-end payment security platform that he founded in Israel in 2021. Prior to Trustmi he held the role of General Manager at Opera, and VP Product and Services at Cynet. He has served as the CIO at Cyberbit and the CISO at Discount Bank, among other roles in cybersecurity and risk management. Shai holds a bachelor's degree from Shenkar College in software engineering, and a master's degree in business administration and management from Tel Aviv University.
Matthias Varenkamp has been part of the business development team at Cobase for over four years, where he focuses on helping businesses improve their treasury operations. He works closely with CFOs, Treasurers, and finance teams to make cash management and bank connectivity more efficient and effective. Beyond his role at Cobase, Matthias enjoys writing blogs on treasury and finance, sharing insights and practical tips to help companies better manage their financial processes. David runs DNA Treasury, with over 35 years of experience in treasury. He specialises in providing advice to corporates and banks on both cash and treasury management.

Jon Paquette is a former Senior Treasury Director with over a decade of multi-industry experience as a practitioner within the corporate realm. He obtained his MBA from Boston College's Carroll School of Management in 2013 and has been working for TIS since 2019 as VP of U.S. Solutions.
Andy runs Falcor Business Consulting working in the SME sector, assisting start-ups & providing management advice. Previously, he was Vice President at Level 3, having treasury operations as his primary mandate, with additional responsibility for special projects, including procurement, shared services & real estate.
Royston Da Costa is Assistant Treasurer at Ferguson, with over 28 years experience working in treasury. He joined Wolseley, now Ferguson Group, in April 2002, and is responsible for managing the large, international group’s daily debt and cash requirements.
Kate is a strategic planner, builder as well as a tactical manager. She is passionate about supporting transformation, creating bridges between “old” and “new” technologies through innovation, digitalization and coaching to leverage opportunities. Kate has 30+ years of experience in commercial banking including transaction services as well as relationship management and risk. She has held senior positions with local, regional, and global responsibilities with BNY, JPMorgan, ABN Amro, Citi and ING. Today, Kate is an Executive Advisor to Projective Group as well supporting the Euro Banking Association as a facilitator and the Core Leadership Institute as a Senior Advisor
