About this event
With cooler days and longer nights, our gardens and kitchens prepare for the winter ahead. Nutrient-rich winter crops take center stage in the form of roasted, stewed, braised, and baked dishes. During this online cooking demonstration, the Cook Sisters will share their tips and secrets to getting the most flavor out of winter vegetables as they demo two recipes featuring the comforting taste of late autumn, a Celery Root and Potato Gratin and a cranberry-studded Apple Gingersnap Crumble.
Intended Audience: Adult All Levels: Suitable for all learners, this program will provide a variety of content. Program providers will answer both introductory and more advanced questions.
