Printmaking with Natural Dyes (Online Demo)

About this event

Join An to explore printmaking with natural dyes during this online demonstration. You will learn different approaches to creating patterns, prints, and designs on fabric using mordants, hand carved blocks, and other tools such as paintbrushes and sponges. The possibilities are endless!

To learn more about color extraction, the set-up needed for natural dyes at home, and other foundational techniques, please watch An's previous USBG online programs, Natural Dyes at Home: The Basics and Natural Dyes at Home: Simple Techniques.

Intended Audience: Adult Intermediate: Suitable for sprouted and full bloom learners, this program dives deeper into the topic. Please note: this program does not contain introductory information.
