Spring Recipes: Sugar Snap Pea Salad and Rhubarb Custard Cake (Online Cooking Demo)

About this event

With nature’s reawakening comes a riot of greens, shoots, sprouts, and fresh young herbs full of bright, zingy flavors. Join the Cook Sisters for this online cooking demonstration as they share recipes that show off spring’s flavors and what it takes to grow your own spring garden. The featured recipes include Sugar Snap Peas with Radishes, Mint, and Ricotta Salata, as well as a tart and sweet Rhubarb Custard Cake. 

Intended Audience: Adult All Levels: Suitable for all learners, this program will provide a variety of content. Program providers will answer both introductory and more advanced questions.
