U.S. Botanic Garden invites you to their event

Starting Seeds for a Successful Season

About this event

Join Teresa for this online lecture as she helps you learn how to start your garden from seed to seedling. Discuss what soil or soil-less mix to use, seed selection, how to read a seed packet, and most importantly how to plant your seeds. During the program, Teresa will answer questions such as: What kind of lights should you use? Can seeds be direct sown in the garden and when? What does 'hardening' off seedlings mean? This information-filled hour will help you start a beautiful summer garden from seed to soil.

Please note: This program is designed for those with a novice level of gardening experience.
