Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Quang was with Maritime Bank (MSB), a Vietnamese Bank where he was CEO for more than four years before taking up its standing deputy chairman position.

During over 25 years of experience, Mr. Quang has led significant transformation and growth strategies for both international and local banks for a wide range of clients. He has held senior local and regional leadership roles in Vietnam and APAC region, and he was the first Vietnamese employee to hold regional senior executive roles in HSBC Group.

Mr. Quang will bring to the workshop valuable and useful insights from his many years of professional career in banking industry. Besides, there will be practical sharings on building personal branding and the benefit of taking control of emotions in the workplace.
