He earned a degree in chemical engineering from Georgia Tech and brings more than 15 years of experience in specialty materials. Robert works closely with customers and Americhem’s commercial and technical teams to connect market needs with practical solutions involving color, functional additives, masterbatch, and polymer processing. His leadership focuses on developing strong teams and partnerships while transforming technical concepts into scalable commercial solutions that create long-term customer value.   Dhru Mantheni Business Development Manager @ Americhem

  Dhru Mantheni is a Business Development Manager for Americhem’s Fibers business, supporting customers across nonwovens, textiles, filtration, carpet, and synthetic turf. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and brings more than 15 years of experience in polymer science, product development, formulation engineering, regulatory compliance, quality management, and technical leadership. Before moving into business development, Dhru held technical and quality leadership roles within Americhem’s Engineering Compounds business.
