  With over 20 years of experience in the personal care industry, Carole Gherardi has an extensive experience working with cosmetic brands and ingredient suppliers. She served as R&D Manager in 2002 with the Valmont Group, overseeing the development of luxury anti-aging products. She then joined DuPont as an Application Lead, where she established an application laboratory in Geneva and developed the value proposition for new ingredients. In her current role as Market Segment Leader, Carole manages the GENENCARE® active range at IFF.
