Elisa Gelmi obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Languages and Financial & Legal Institutions of Eastern Asia from Ca’ Foscari University, Venice. She was then awarded the degree of Master of Business Administration from Hult International Business School in 2021. Ms. Gelmi has been working in RadiciGroup for 10 years, covering various positions with an international exposure and with a focus on the areas of quality, environment and occupational health & safety management systems. She is passionate about the sustainability journey of companies and individuals. The assessment and reduction of GHG emissions along RG HPP value chain is her top-of-mind environmental challenge. Since 2020, Ms. Gelmi has been covering the position of Global HSE Manager of RadiciGroup High Performance Polymers.
Riccardo Galeazzi was born in 1987. He obtained a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in 2013. Mr. Galeazzi continued his academic career at the Politecnico, where he attended the Ph.D. School and received a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering in 2016. In December 2016, Mr. Galeazzi began his professional career at RadiciGroup High Performance Polymers as a CAE Service Engineer and Marketing Sustainability Project Leader in the Marketing and Technical Service department. Mr. Galeazzi’s activities at RadiciGroup are related to customer technical assistance with the aid of process and structural simulation tools. For the past year, his responsibilities have also included the development of new product lines based on recycled and bio-based polyamide sources.
Mr. Spini began his professional career working for the Pirelli SpA Research and Development Centre in Milan, where he gained experience in the rubber field. From 1990 to 2008, he worked for important plastics manufacturers, especially in the area of polyamide resins, serving in various positions: design manager, technical assistance manager and manager of innovative research projects within the strategic marketing function. Since 2018, Mr. Spini has been Global Marketing Manager of RadiciGroup High Performance Polymers.
