Building on over 7 years of hands-on experience in formulation, as both a chemist and R&D manager in the Consumer Products Product Development group, Renata now leverages her deep technical expertise to inform strategic marketing initiatives and guide the development of science-backed messaging that resonates with formulators and brand partners. Renata holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from North Central College.
