He and the team focus on developing high-performance thermoplastic solutions for AI data centers, energy storage systems and next-generation electrical components – where fire safety, thermal management, electrical insulation, and miniaturization are critical. With more than two decades of hands-on experience, Dinesh focuses on engineering advanced thermoplastic and multi-material solutions for electrification that meet stringent regulatory requirements, while optimizing performance, reliability, and cost. He collaborates closely with design and application engineers to improve part integration, unlock new design possibilities, and accelerate product development.
